Professional Practice group focus:
The Professional Practice group works predominantly with organisations to develop leadership capability, coaching and mentoring. Research includes evaluation of practice interventions as well as developing insights in practice in areas such as mentoring, coaching, action learning and leadership. Partnerships include amongst others, Association of Colleges, Barnet Children and Family Services, Barnet Mental Health Trust, First Division Association, Financial and Legal Skills Partnership, ITV, McDonalds and Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Recent funding grants include the British Academy, Higher Education Academy and University Forum for Human Resource Development.
